Marco Antonio de Carvalho - CEO | Founding Partner
Director and screenwriter from Rio de Janeiro, graduated in Cinema from Estácio de Sá University. He began his career as a producer on the series Intervenção (A&E) and, since then, has built a solid trajectory in audiovisual, with works for networks such as Globo, Multishow, GNT, Futura, Discovery, and Canal Curta!. He is a member of the Brazilian Academy of Cinema and President of the Soft Power, Narrative and Strategic Image Council at FCCE (Federation of Foreign Trade Chambers).
He directed the feature films Mallandro – O Errado Que Deu Certo (Melodrama/Downtown Filmes), which premiered in theaters and on Globoplay in 2024, and Tudo Por Um Pop Star 2 (Panorâmica/Star Original Productions), released in theaters and on Disney+. He also co-directed the films Fazendo Meu Filme and Licença Para Enlouquecer.
In advertising, he directed campaigns for brands such as Coca-Cola, L'Oréal Paris, Hering, and Petrobras, also working as a screenwriter on many of the projects.
Raiza Antunes - CEO | Founding Partner
Raiza Antunes is an executive producer and co-founder of Névoa Filmes, with over 20 years of experience in the audiovisual market. With a background in Fashion and Design, she began her career as a production designer, which gave her a refined creative eye and a deep understanding of every stage of a production. She is a member of the Brazilian Academy of Cinema.
Throughout her career, Raiza has been involved in major commercially successful productions in Brazilian cinema, including features such as Tudo Por Um Pop Star 2 (Disney+), Mallandro – O Errado Que Deu Certo (Globoplay), Licença Para Enlouquecer, Dois Mais Dois (Prime Video), among others. She has also worked on television series for broadcasters such as Globo, Warner, and streaming platforms. In the field of set design, she coordinated the Architecture and Construction department at Rock in Rio 2011 and signed the set design for the feature Não se Aceitam Devoluções. Most recently, she is responsible for the set design of the successful Brazilian franchise Se Eu Fosse Você 3.
Over time, Raiza expanded her scope to executive production, taking the lead on structuring, planning, and enabling projects at various scales. Her unique experience combines a creative eye with strategic management, connecting development, visual language, and execution throughout the entire audiovisual process. Today, as CEO of Névoa Filmes, she focuses on identifying opportunities, creative and financial project modeling, and building connections with co-producers, distributors, platforms, and brands.
Luciana Helena Andrade - Head of Administration
With over 20 years of experience in the corporate sector, Luciana holds a degree in Business Administration, with a strong background in Finance, Audit, and operational management.
For nearly a decade, she has focused her career on the Events, Scenography, and Audiovisual industries, applying her expertise to the structuring and organization of projects.
At Névoa Filmes, she oversees the company’s administrative and financial operations, including budget control, contracts, cash flow management, and process organization, ensuring operational consistency and reliability throughout project execution.
A member of the Latin American Quality Institute (LAQI), her work is guided by management practices aligned with the Q-ESG model, with a focus on governance, transparency, and sustainability across operations and project delivery.
