Marco Antonio de Carvalho - CEO | Founding Partner
Director and screenwriter from Rio de Janeiro, graduated in Cinema from Estácio de Sá University. He began his career as a producer on the series Intervenção (A&E) and, since then, has built a solid trajectory in audiovisual, with works for networks such as Globo, Multishow, GNT, Futura, Discovery, and Canal Curta!.
He directed the feature films Mallandro – O Errado Que Deu Certo (Melodrama/Downtown Filmes), which premiered in theaters and on Globoplay in 2024, and Tudo Por Um Pop Star 2 (Panorâmica/Star Original Productions), released in theaters and on Disney+. He also co-directed the films Fazendo Meu Filme and Licença Para Enlouquecer.
In advertising, he directed campaigns for brands such as Coca-Cola, L'Oréal Paris, Hering, and Petrobras, also working as a screenwriter on many of the projects.
Raiza Antunes - CEO | Founding Partner
Raiza Antunes is an art director and producer with over 20 years of experience in audiovisual. With a background in Fashion and Design, she found in art direction her main way of telling stories — combining texture, color, and symbolism. She is a member of the BRADA collective – Women Art Directors of Audiovisual Brazil.
In fiction, she has served as art director for feature films such as Tudo Por Um Pop Star 2 (Disney+), Mallandro – O Errado Que Deu Certo (Globoplay), Dois Mais Dois, Licença Para Enlouquecer , A Casa Elétrica, among others. In series, she has worked with productions aired by Globo, Warner, and streaming platforms, and has been awarded for short films at festivals such as Lajeado and Santa Rosa.
She has also worked on major events and scenography productions, such as the film Não Se Aceitam Devoluções and the coordination of Rock in Rio 2011. In the art department, she collaborated on projects such as O Tempo e o Vento and Enquanto a Noite Não Chega. As a costume designer, she was awarded at the Zed Fest (Hollywood) for the feature film Porto dos Mortos.
